No Longer Certified

• The following kashrus alert is from Kehillah Kashrus on December 5, 2007, as cited on Kashrut.com: "Due to Kashrus violations, as of Dec. 6, '07, Pizza Mizza, 3005-3007 Avenue K, Brooklyn, NY, will no longer be under Kehilah Kashrus hashgacha." • Rabbi Eidltz has reported that Menchies Frozen Yogurt in Valley Village, CA, is not kosher supervised and is open on Shabbos. The KIB does not recommend this nor any such store as a kosher store: This store is not a franchise and is not bound by any rules or laws to stick with a kosher mix. The store is making a claim only that they are using a kosher mix; Halachicly and logically one cannot rely on such a claim in such a situation. • King’s Pizza in Great Neck, NY, is no longer certified by the Star-K. • Fruit-a-Freeze is no longer certified by OK Kosher Certification. • Moez Vegetarian, 38 Union Square, NY is not certified by OK Kosher Certification. • Mother Nature's Miracle Liquid Formula has never been certified by Kosher Supervision of America.
